Crema's Take

Nestled along Santa Fe's famous Canyon Road gallery walk, this peaceful refuge pairs exceptional New Mexican cuisine—think chile-laden breakfast burritos and their signature poblano soup—with an genuinely warm atmosphere that owner Stu cultivates through genuine connection with guests. The shaded outdoor seating and carefully curated art-filled interior make it the perfect spot to linger after gallery hopping, where fresh, thoughtfully prepared food and attentive service create that rare magic where customers leave wishing they never had to leave.

What to expect

Absolutely spectacular Mexican sandwich and poblano soup. Service was lovely and the setting was peaceful. My husband just said “It was almost too good because now I don’t want to do anything else.” You won’t regret coming here.
