Delicious biscuits...moist and tender inside with a delicately crunchy exterior, a party in your mouth! We had the biscuit with spiced pear jam (on the side) and the caramelized onion with goat cheese (inside). We highly recommend both! You're brewed coffee is perfect, too. Can we take you home with us???

Very nice 3rd wave coffee shop. Very comfortable seating and basic but very well done menu of espresso drinks and coffees.

A pleasant small town experience with excellent artisan coffee. Pictured below is the Mexican Mocha Spice Latte, a spiced drink with a kick of Kayan pepper, and chili giving a welcome lingering warmth to the senses without overpowering someone who may not be used to peppers ❤️ the staff I met today were adorable and kind, and the atmosphere is well worth the dine in! Pro tip: Try Their Biscuits with spiced pear jam! I kept stealing hungry bites from my spouse’s plate wishing I had gotten that to go with! Sincerely worth trying, even those who may be on the fence on trying new twists!

Truly one of the best shots of espresso I have tasted all year. The biscuits are terrific - flaky, flavorful and with the best crunchy edges! Both coffee and the biscuit are good values for quality and size. The house itself is a very calm, classic, uncluttered space designed, it would seem, to encourage community and gatherings. Trevor, Kaitlyn and Kitty were all most welcoming and friendly.

Truly a fantastic addition to the Waitsburg main street. The beautiful storefront and tremendous atmosphere makes for a relaxing reprieve from the outside. The smell of fresh brewed espresso and delightful decor paired with the smooth and rich espresso drinks. A fantastic Cafe experience with masterfully crafted espresso drinks to match. Thank you to the staff and Barrista for the tremendous coffee. Worth every penny. Ordered a cafe mocha for myself and my friend got a macchiato (a shot of espresso with a dollop of milk) both were fantastic! I highly recomend their Tahini Pannellet.
