The Le Bakery

Crema's Take
“This charming Albuquerque bakery crafts everything from scratch—from pastries that reviewers describe as "sublime artwork" to housemade condensed milk and syrups—with a Vietnamese-inspired menu featuring standout banh mi sandwiches and creative drinks like their celebrated tiramisu matcha. The genuinely warm staff and spotless, inviting space make it feel like a neighborhood gem where both coffee devotees and pastry lovers linger comfortably, and the willingness to customize drinks to your preference shows they care about getting every cup just right.”

Forget 5 stars - these guys deserve 10!! Everything is made from scratch- even the condensed milk and the drink syrups. The pastries absolutely rise to a level beyond food - sublime artwork for your mouth! The “Le Konign’s Amann” is a minimalistic delight with only flour, butter and sugar creating an entire experience contrasting the delicious flakiness of a croissant with a crunchy caramelized top that’s almost sticky enough to hold your teeth together. Definitely a must try for anyone who appreciates what the Vietnamese have done with French bread and the sandwich. The only problem with going there for “just a coffee” is that you have to stay very strong when passing the pastries. Also, the artsy designs on top of your latte will make you question the concept of “just a coffee” and why you are wasting your life on shite…
Cute and clean inside. The people are SO nice and really make the effort to give exceptional customer service. I had the cinnamon brioche bun and the creme brûlée latte. The cinnamon brioche bun was super soft, moist, and fluffy with the perfect amount of cinnamon baked in. A delicious cloud with every bite. The creme brûlée latte was also really tasty. I love my coffee drinks creamy and sweet. This didn’t disappoint. The in house custard mixed in with the coffee is chef’s kiss.
Small clean bakery, but charming. One of the best bakery I ever had; this is from traveling the world eating alot of baked goods. Apple Kovign Crossiant is my favorite, oddly. Suprisingly everything is good!! Coffee + Vietnamese sandwhich all hits the spot!! Highly recommended.
Very cute little bakery with wonderful friendly staff. The tiramisu matcha was one of the best matchas I've ever had, and they were able to adjust the sweetness so it wasn't too sweet. The ham and gruyere was also delicious!
The LE Bakery on Juan Tabo Drive is hands down one of Albuquerque’s hidden gems. Fresh bread and pastries are made daily. They’ve got an amazing assortment of Vietnamese-style sandwiches (banh mi fans, you’ll be in heaven!) and each bite is packed with flavor. It’s so good, truly a must-visit if you’re in the area. You won’t regret stopping by!
