I literally just went here maybe two minutes ago. I asked for a triple espresso shot and a cup of ice on the side. She charged me for the triple espresso, but didn’t charge me for the cup of ice. Why would anyone charge for a cup of ice anyways. Then when my espresso came out, they were looking at me like I was crazy, and I told them that I asked for a cup of ice as well.But then the guy young kid with glasses and blonde hair decided to say oh we have to charge you for a cup of ice $3.25 for a darn cup of ice. Are you kidding me after already saying that the transaction was completed and when I already told you guys. I do not recommend this place complete utter disgrace, trying to steal from people.

Literally just right now I bought a triple espresso shot and a mocha latte and then I asked for a cup of ice from the girl. And she said that she’ll give it and didn’t charge us. Once we completed our transaction, they forgot to give us a cup of ice, and then we asked for a cup of ice and then the guy decided to say it’s a young fair skin Boy where the glasses and blonde hair thick some sort of European accent decided to say oh it’s gonna be 325 for a cup of ice $3.25 for a cup of ice. Are you kidding me after already saying you’ll give it to us for free without doing that straight up false advertisement right there. Liars and trying to steal people out for money.

I order my coffee with no ice always! They charge me double price and I get 3x amount of coffee because of that. It's a big bargain! Then I split it in three at the hotel next door and add ice on my own. It works, trust me!
