Had a deliver for 0600 ended up getting unloaded at 2100 the night before. Cool people on the inside. Was very quick and friendly when I asked if they receive at night. I’m sure they’ll let you park on property overnight. For all 3 party receiving (posted on sign)go towards Amazon and take the first left and then enter the facility and go towards the back of building. Got me in and out within 1hr. Wouldn’t mind coming back here more often for delivery.

Semi truck drivers, getting to Buffalo Rock location ; from I565 take exit 3 or 7 both head to High way 20. Exit 7 is closer to the the address. Exit 3 turn follow Greenbrier immediately turn right. After about 2mi do on Hwy 20 do not enter by buffalo Rock via passenger cars parking lot( there is a sign for this) instead go ahead 3/4 mi at Gunters WY NW, turn left and after 500 ft turn to Fanning Dr Nw ( in front of Amazon fulfillment Center). From here you get to the address. People from here are very nice. There’s enough room to maneuver. I asked about overnight parking and got it. Immediately got here with a load and in few minutes I got a dock and about 20 minutes they were done unloading. They deserve 4 stars.

You would think a company such as this would care about what their employees are doing in public, but apparently emails sent to the top relevant managers concerning the recklessness of one of their drivers who nearly caused two collisions and running a red light (photos included) within a simple minute or two would be of concern. No response to date, potentially swept under the rug. Let this be a record for lack of oversight should someone get hurt by one of their commercial vehicles.

Docks are tight, needs more outside lighting. Yard is full of trucks at 1am when I delivered. Need better signs to let drivers know what to do.

Buffalo Rock was a pleasure to deliver to. Everyone was helpful and very easy to deal with. The docks can be a little tight depending on which one you get and if there are trailers in the docksnext to yours. I was setting up to back into one of the tight ones and the switcher, without even being asked told me to hold on and went out of his way to move an empty from a door to make it an easy move for me. You don't see that too often! And, I was unlaoded within 45 mins! My experience here was terrific. Wish every place was this way!
