Amazing. I got a rosemary garlic sourdough filone today. Beautiful loaf, crispy crust and light airy center. Might be the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. I will definitely be ordering again 💘

I would consider myself a GF bread connoisseur. I even bake my own sourdough gluten-free bread. Anytime I’m in a new city. I looked to see what they have available for gluten-free bread and goodies. I grew up in Santa Barbara and I’m here for a visit and was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled upon this place in a Google search. You order online and then it’s sort of self-serve pick up when you arrive tucked in an office park So it is quite unassuming. The people who worked there are absolutely delightful and introduced themselves and let me know. Best practice for heating up the various treats. I got their sourdough boule and a cinnamon roll. No joke this is one of the absolute best sourdough gluten-free loves I have ever had. The texture has a lot of bounce, and the flavor has just the right amount of sour. Cinnamon rolls without gluten, are notoriously hard to make well. They often come out rather tough This was not the case at all with theirs, which has a tender crumb and is not grossly sweet like many are as well. I hope to try, honey, butter rolls, and chocolate chip cookies.

Their sourdough bread is a game-changer – finally, a gluten-free version that tastes as good as the real deal! Every bite is a delightful blend of tangy goodness and that perfect crust we all crave. The variety here is impressive, and you can tell they put heart and soul into baking. The joy of gluten-free bread done right. Great job 👏

The bread at this place is amazing!!! I live in North Carolina, but I have a family member that lives in Santa Barbara. The owner worked with me to get an order ready for my family member to pick up and bring to me in Las Vegas, where we were vacationing. I brought the bread all the way back to North Carolina, and I am so glad I did. It was a treat to have gluten free sourdough bread with my Christmas Eve dinner. I am also loving the sandwich bread, which has the best texture I've ever had in a gluten free bread. I give this place 5 stars for the fantastic service and the delicious products!
