Such a great local roaster, high quality beans. I like a medium to medium-dark roast and their Harimau Tiger is perfect for that and I find to be a crowd-pleaser. If you like greener profiles they do that too. Worth trying out and is widely available across the Valley. edit: Lately have been loving the Nordic Blend. A little bright, tangyness with some complexity while still very smooth.
Visiting from out of town for work and saw this place online. Website says they open at 7a but they definitely do not. Please update your website!
A hidden gem coffee roaster in Appleton and well worth the stop just to meet the owner, Dan. Very friendly when he isn’t busy as a bee with local orders for the fox valley. No longer a cafe but if you see his van from 41, you won’t be disappointed.
No longer a cafe as it is primarily operating as a roastery but I’m so glad we stopped in! Got the chance to meet Dan who was such a delight. You can tell he has a true love for everything coffee and is living his life passion sharing it with us. I look forward to trying these coffee beans we picked up! Thanks again Dan!
Fabulously quaint shop with exquisite coffee and superlative service. YOU MUST TRY for yourself. Don’t be off put by the location - it’s not a swank destination by any means HOWEVER ignore it. You’ll thank me later.
