Crema's Take

Arte Cafe's ambitious French fusion menu elevates standard cafe fare with dishes like foie gras and seared scallops that justify the upscale pricing and reservation requirement. The wine list is genuinely impressive and pairs well with their creative cocktails, though execution can be inconsistent—some dishes shine while others fall slightly flat. It's a solid choice for a special occasion or leisurely lunch with friends, assuming you're willing to overlook occasional missteps in the kitchen.

What to expect

Specialty coffee, with creative signature drinks. A slow-sit, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Light food on the menu.

Bellflower you don't know what you have. It was good when it was in cerritos. It's still good. Great wine. Great french fusion. We had shrimp fettuccine, Ribeye and scallops. Wow. I ate at Melise and spent $$$$. This place worth it. Perfect date night. Perfect large parties.

We had lunch here. The ambience and presentation of the food is really nice. The food itself was only okay. We had the fois gras, short rib tacos and ahi tuna. Fois gras was okay but the tacos were meh tasting and the wonton taco shells definitely too hard (mouth cutting) to…
