The Washington Cafe

I'm not lying...incredible breakfast sandwich here. Will dream about it will tell all my loved ones and neighbors etc etc. Didn't get a chance to try the coffee but as with everything else, the service, the atmosphere, the quality ingredients and love they put into their drinks and baked goods, i'm sure its delicious as well. The tea was divine, lots of fun flavors I rarely see at coffee shops which was cool. Lot of love in this building from the art to the people working and visiting. I see this place being a great pillar of community in Mt. P. Can't wait to come back!

I’m so happy I found this GEM!!! The atmosphere is so nostalgic & laid back. Perfect for sitting inside to do some work! The coffee is AMAZING…so AMAZING that I got another latte to go! The owner is so nice and hospitable! His customer service was excellent…which is hard to come by nowadays! I also purchased a cute t-shirt. I live out of town but if I was closer this would be my GO TO coffee shop! I’ll definitely come here every time I’m in town though. Thanks for the great experience!

As a lifelong coffee lover, I was excited to see another coffee house opening in the Lowcountry area of Mount Pleasant and Charleston. From the moment you walk through the door, the openness is striking, especially since many coffee houses can feel small or cramped. The layout is well thought out, with an ordering area that includes wall seating and barstools, and a separate common area with tables and a couch that gives a cozy, “at home” or visiting-a-friend feel. The overall vibe of The Washington Café is warm and inviting, from the friendly customer service to the décor choices and the standout artwork that meticulously adorns the walls. I ordered a hot latte and the strawberry cornmeal cake, which was perfectly baked, tasty and full of flavor, which I enjoyed while working from my computer. On my way out, I grabbed an iced coffee and some merch. The coffee is rich, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. It is a great spot to work, meet for a meeting, or simply enjoy a really good cup of coffee! I believe The Washington Café will not only become a welcomed addition to the area, but a go-to staple for those who frequent coffee houses.

A Little Love Note to Washington Café Walking into Washington Café in Mount Pleasant feels like stepping into a pocket of warmth and color black art on the walls, culture in the air, and vibes that instantly relax your shoulders. Their coffee is one of my absolute favorite brands! It’s the kind of place that feels less like a café and more like a place to gather and call home . If you want good energy, good people, and coffee that truly understands you, this is it.

The atmosphere is nice. The owner and staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The latte I had was amazing. Definitely a place to go if you want to relax and vibe.
