Urban Buzz Coffee

First let me say I really love Buzz. The coffees and drinks are excellent. However, the service is slowwwwww. I am literally writing this while in line. I have been sitting waiting for both girls to stop chatting with a driver going on 6 minutes with a line behind me. I get it, friendly service and all, but sheesh! This is normal as has been mine and others who have made the same complaint in talking about Buzz. Like I said I love Buzz, just wish there was more order taking than socializing.

We are visiting all the way from Maine and though Aroma Joes is our go-to in New England and they *just* moved in across the way from Urban Buzz, Urban Buzz will be my new go-to while we’re here vacationing in Cape Coral. The two people on staff tonight were the best, they were so helpful and kind and made sure to load us up with stickers and a lollipop for our kiddo. The drinks are also fantastic 💜

Their OG coffee is so good and consistently perfect every time I go. On top of that, the staff is always incredibly kind and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. I also have to shout out their Peppermint Moon Matcha. I’m usually not a matcha person at all, but I genuinely loved theirs. It was well balanced, not overpowering, and really enjoyable. If you think you don’t like matcha, this one might change your mind! Amazing drinks, welcoming atmosphere, and great people. Highly recommend!

i used to love urban buzz but lately i feel the quality has gone down a lot. this was my iced cookie nut latte before i even took a sip. not full to the top and where is the espresso? it took me one sip to realize there was absolutely no coffee in this and it was just milk with flavor pumps. so disappointing.

Cute little drive thru coffee shop in Cape Coral off Del Prado. Some fun drinks to caffeinate any person. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Sign up for their preferred customer and after the first transaction you can earn free drinks. We will definitely be back.
