Neckar Coffee

Ugh, I love this place. It’s perfect. But I kind of want it to be a secret, so don’t come here 😂 I moved to Boise from Portland, OR and would choose Neckar over any of my favorite coffee spots there 😱 The espresso has this smoky smoothness (no bitterness or burnt flavor) that I haven’t experienced anywhere else. The chai is amazing, the cookies/snacks, even the decaf is good!… The folks who work here are so genuinely friendly — not a pretentious atmosphere at all. So cozy. Love it.

I came here for a quick drip coffee and it was great! The cafe is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. I look forward to coming again soon!

Beautiful coffee shop in a great location in downtown Boise. This is a spot you’ll want to savor. I wouldn’t recommend this spot for someone wanting to dash in and grab a quick cup of coffee to go. While you certainly can do that, trust me, you’ll want to stay awhile. Great coffee, great beans, great pastries.

Vibes are off the chart. Great friendly staff make you feel welcome Food is creative, simple, delicious. Sweet and savory. Coffee is spot on and they use the best cream! Whole Foods good good. I’d work remote here if I wasn’t in office. Good spacing. They used to hve beers… hoping they bring those back.

Everything here exceeds my expectations. A well decorated cafe with an excellent coffee and customer service. Highly recommended when you are downtown Boise.
