JJ Coffee Co

I go here when I'm in the area because the coffee is always consistent and good quality. It was very busy today with 4 people working behind the counter, and a ton of online orders, so there was very little room for staff to make drinks. They all handled the rush well, making space for each other, greeting customers with a smile, apologizing to for the delay (which still honestly wasn't that long) and making me a great oat latte. Kudos to the staff, and kudos to the person that trained them.

The store is cute and the young girl that helped us was really nice, but the Chai wasn't my favorite. Ordered one Lavender and one Maple and they both tasted pretty much the same.....didn't like that they used the same utensil to stir them both....cross contamination, esp since one of us doesn't like Maple and the other doesn't like lavender. I do love the cups they use, unique and fun. Would have liked to sit down and enjoy our drinks there but all the tables were full of people on their computers....wish the place was a bigger with more seats. I guess that's how it goes at coffee shops. Probably will go back to try something different only because the employee was so nice.

AMAZING coffee and so nice to find a shop that cares about ensuring people feel safe and respected. It’s so nice to see businesses not afraid to make their stance known and advocate for human rights. Seriously a great shop and a great atmosphere. Love that I can go and feel safe knowing the Jaxons of the world won’t be there. Thanks for the great coffee JJ’s!!!

I ordered a lox bagel (on everything) and a flat white, and both of them were delicious. Fun atmosphere with a mix of tables and couches for if you want to hang with friends or get some work done.

Cute coffee shop located behind the university mall. Everyone was so kind and helped us decide what to order. The 1/2 matcha 1/2 chai was so good, and their spring avocado toast was super yummy too! My boyfriend always gets the cappuccino and he says it’s the best coffee ever! Fast, reasonably priced for local coffee shops, and worth stopping by!
