Superba Snacks + Coffee

It is a nice walk from the Hyatt Place hotel (25 minutes - if you stay on the smaller more residential streets). The staff make a point to know you... when I returned for the second time, the manager, Isabel, recognized me and remembered my drink. On my third visit, the remembered both my name and my drink order. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire team - everyone offers a sincere, "Good morning" and makes a point to make you feel special. I should also mention that the coffee is fantasic -- I especially loved their Flat White. The breakfast sandwich also checked all my boxes.

The vibe in here is fresh! Lots of natural light coming through and a nice breeze. The coffee was great. My only downside was the biscuit was very hard and slightly sour (not in a yummy bread way). Other than that, I’d definitely be back. Get their made to order Madeleines!!!

Stopped in for a bite of breakfast and a coffee early morning on a weekday and there was no line, service was a bit slow to receive our food (pictured is my vegetarian breakfast biscuits) but everything was good. Partner had the granola/honey/yogurt bowl and the avocado toast.

Literally the best carrot cake muffin I’ve ever had in my life! And the iced matcha was out of this world!!!

This has been a happening spot for years, and it continues to deliver. I’ve mainly come for breakfast, but even a quick coffee and pastry stop is always lovely. The last time I came was for an espresso and delicious alfajor (Argentinian pastry). The vibe is always buzzing, with a colorful and well-lit space. The service staff is pretty much always chill. Finally, they have a pantry section with everything from coffee beans to kombucha, freshly made OJ and butter, and a lot more.
