The Grove Cafe
3033 Cleveland Ave, Santa Rosa, CA
Crema's Take
“The Grove Cafe is a warmly chaotic breakfast and lunch spot where the kitchen genuinely excels across an impressively eclectic menu—think killer French toast and breakfast burritos alongside unexpected winners like mushroom pizza, pozole, and a notably exceptional grilled cheese with tomato bisque. It's the kind of family-friendly neighborhood place where staff genuinely care, prices stay reasonable, and you'll find yourself coming back for a different specialty each time, whether you're stopping in to meet friends or grabbing something quick before heading out.”

Great place to grab a fresh bite for a great price. Staff is nice, very clean. I've had the mushroom pizza ( add extra mushrooms) surprisingly real good and have had thier eggs Benedict with potatoes added. Hot, fresh, yummy and for 13.00 total plus tax and tip. Totally worth it. They have great take home pasta meals for families. Thier hours are limited 9-11 breakfast 11-2 lunch m-f. I go in and do my banking at RCU and swing by to munch.
The food and service here are overall great. This place has the BEST grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup. I know what you're thinking ... that is so easy. This grilled cheese is so much better than what you can make at home with its fresh sourdough with parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella, plus an added homemade cheese sauce. The tomato bisque is so rich and creamy. I have to stop myself from ordering multiples. It's the ultimate comfort food.
The best breakfast and lunch spot! The French toast is great, and the breakfast burritos are my favorite! The lunch menu always has a great selection as well (loved the cubano sandwich) ! Also the service is always so friendly and welcoming, and the prices are very affordable.
They have a wide variety of food which has all been amazing so far. The philly cheesesteak sandwich, the chicken curry dish, and the pozole are some of my favorites. There's also a varied grab n go section with great food in case you're in a rush.
Ordered burger and entered no lettuce but they still put lettuce. $13 Other than that it was fine, bun on bottom was bit soggy. The pozole was good. There are some tables and seats you can eat at. I like that theres options to grab and go snacks and meals. This cafe is in the Redwood Credit union building towards the outdoor atms.
