Crema's Take

Bottletree Bakery is a charming Oxford spot where the real stars are the laminated pastries—their croissants are genuinely exceptional, with that perfect crispy-exterior-warm-interior contrast—and the housemade breads like sourdough and focaccia that anchor a solid breakfast menu. The vintage eclectic atmosphere and genuinely kind staff make it feel like a neighborhood gathering place, though expect it to be cozy (read: crowded) during peak hours, especially if you're hoping for a lingering table rather than a quick counter grab.

Sampled a few pastries. Cinnamon roll was amazing! Coffee was also nice. It was a bit crowded inside, but we found a seat at the counter. The servers were pleasant.

Fantastic bakery for sourdough, focaccia bread, bagels. They have ham and swiss stuffed croissants, turkey and cheese stuffed croissants. Focaccia breakfast bread. Cookies. Cheese or almond danish. Muffins. Delicious fresh brewed coffee. You can eat inside or there are a few tables outside. Don’t be worried about the line outside- it moves quickly due to great service. You place your order and move down the line; it’s typically ready by the time you get to the register. They have homemade dog treats if you bring your furry friends along- pet friendly to sit outside. They do run out of items so arrive early. Parking is along the street and sometimes limited but plenty of side streets to park on. Paid- Metered parking begins at 10 a.

I tried the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and it was pretty good, the biscuit was alike to a cheddar bay biscuit. It is pork sausage so it's a bit spicy. The eggs on top were good, they must have baked them. The biscuits are all pre-packaged so there isn't a way to change them. We had a blueberry butter cookie type thing and it was delicious. Lastly I tried the salted chocolate chip cookie, but I wasn't a fan, it tasted like a Milano cookie.

4.5 stars. Cute little bakery with a nice vintage eclectic vibe. The selection covered all the bases, but I wouldn't consider it extensive: bread, bagels, breakfast biscuits, croissants and other pastries. They also have a variety of drinks including coffee, hot chocolate, and fancy juices. My food was excellent, except the bacon egg and cheese biscuit was somewhere between room temperature and warm. I wish it had been hot. My wife found her croissant fantastic. In short, it's a great place for brunch if you just want something simple and tasty in a calm atmosphere.
