Black Rock Coffee

They are very friendly and nice. Everytime I pull up with an order they are smiling and helpful. I can appreciate that.

I order a German Chocolate blended and always get it the way I want. Sometimes the Barista is overwhelmed especially in the early morn.

This is the second time we went to Black rock in a week and the attitude of several employees were plain rude. They didn’t acknowledge upon arrival. They are too busy having conversations with others. This last time we had about six minutes before closing and the employee said sorry we are closing. You still got six minutes before you close . I remember when you guys first opened and everyone was cheerful and excited. Now they seem like they hate their job and customers. What the heck Black Rock. I don’t think I will visit this location anytime soon. Do better!!

I’ve been a regular at Black Rock Coffee, but lately, the quality has seriously gone downhill. The coffee has been consistently tasting burnt — not just a one-off, but every time I’ve gone recently. To make matters worse, there’s a younger, skinny blonde barista working there who has been incredibly rude. I asked for a simple drink that I’ve had made before, and she flat-out told me she couldn’t make it — despite it being something basic that most baristas should know. On another occasion, she said she couldn’t make a blended Fuel because she “didn’t have the recipe.” Really? It’s your own menu item. Customer service and quality have taken a big hit here. Disappointing, especially from a place I used to enjoy.

Service was fantastic! She was super sweet and helpful and the coffee was so good! Sometimes it's hard to find a solid place on the road. This coffee hit the spot. I got the blended caramel truffle 🤤
