Crema's Take

Caliber Coffee draws a loyal crowd with genuinely excellent coffee and a welcoming atmosphere that works equally well for a quick drive-thru grab or a lingering sit-down visit. While their specialty drinks and smoothies shine, the kitchen's execution is more hit-or-miss—their coffee and pastries are worth the trip, but the heartier breakfast items like biscuits and gravy don't quite match the quality of what you'll find in your cup. It's the kind of place where locals keep coming back for the skilled baristas and genuine hospitality, even if you might want to stick to simpler food orders.

Service was nice! Food not so much. Eggs and bacon are good. Biscuits were ok but didn’t eat them all because the gravy was literal soup and didn’t taste good for $12.

Quick and friendly drive thru service. I ordered a delicious smoothie and it was the best choice to kick off my morning. There is normal a crowd which is a sign of good service and goods. I’ll have to pop inside on my next visit but a good neighborhood coffee choice.

Incredible food, incredible coffee, incredible people. I have been in there several times for coffee, but we also started recently getting their food to go, that way I can pick it up on my way home from long night shifts. Everything I have had on their menu tastes great and is at reasonable prices. This most recent trip, my sister in law got the french toast bake, and I got The Austin sandwich. If traveling 15 minutes in the car made these worse in any way, then I cannot imagine how good they are when eaten in shop. I almost literally inhaled my food.

Always looking for a nice coffee shop. We were eager to try Caliber Coffee after hearing good things about it. It has a nice coffee shop atmosphere and the service was friendly and helpful. We ordered the Wakey, Wakey and the Breakfast Sammy (the cheesy name were a little off). Both were excellent! The had a great flavor and was nice and crispy. The scrambled eggs were seasoned perfectly. The biscuit was flaky and moist. We ordered the Sammy on a biscuit with sausage. Both had generous portions of eggs and meat. The price was a nice surprise for the size of the portions. Both were an excellent value. The only disappointment was the coffee. It was a little too strong and bitter for our taste. All in all it, it was excellent treat. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We just went there to have coffee and some pastries on our way to the Nashville airport. The place was not crowded. The ambience was great and the staff were friendly. The drip coffee was great and the white chocolate scone was pretty good. A great place to relax and have some coffee.
