“Dubsea pulls off that rare trick of being both a serious espresso shop and a genuinely welcoming neighborhood hangout where you'll see regulars, remote workers, and families all coexisting peacefully. The drinks are consistently excellent—their lattes and hot chocolate earn particular praise for being perfectly balanced—and the staff actually seem to enjoy being there, which makes a difference. It's the kind of place that becomes an anchor for a neighborhood because it does the fundamentals right without any pretense.”
