Crema's Take

Spyhouse Coffee is an espresso-focused roastery where baristas craft visibly impressive, specialty drinks that inspire genuine passion—one reviewer called it a "love affair." While the loud music and espresso-first philosophy mean it's better for a quick, flavorful grab than a lingering work session, the robust seasonal offerings and creative signature drinks (like their tiramisu latte) make it worth visiting for coffee lovers who appreciate skilled technique.

Terrible experience for tea drinkers. I can't drink coffee. Higher quality tea is offered so I order that. It is served in a paper cup unsteeped. So I have to ask the steep time and time it myself and then remove the teabag, which is always impossible without spilling hot water all over the way it is stacked between two cups. So really I'd just rather make it at home by that point. It seems the intention is that I am supposed to want to drink a green or white tea whether it's unbrewed or burned at the price of a higher end tea and I do not understand the point. If it were coffee served this way it would be unacceptable. This place has done better in the past but increasingly this is my experience here and I find myself not wanting to go here less and less.

I am immersed in the Holograms of the coffee prepared by the Baristas at spyhouse coffee roasting company. To say I love spy house minimalizes the love affair. I have not yet found her yet, it's like my house and is a good replacement for my addiction to love. This establishment has been a sanctuary for me since 2022 and freely will forever be shown my unfiltered affection with a dark roasted flavor. My hat's off to the servants who work here and I truly find them all dazzling and they uplift me with their talents as they serve in multiple rolls. Greeted up on arrival. Engaging with small talk and big hopes for a quick pickup of my mind and spirit. Host like personas with no sweat, although the heat about to be served is felt by all. Dancing in the Dark is playing, such a boss tune to boost the flavors I get from the essence of the velvety gravelly voices I rock out to here. I am not in the dark, but I am feeling like a guest as well as a bossy Sobrrr coffee imbiber. This isn't just a pit stop; it's a Northstar for the weary and a laboratory for the soul. Whether you're a rock manufacturer searching for that one-and-only two-legged agate, or just a man in a kilt looking for a moment of quiet, this is the place to 'equit' your spirit. I like the fact that I feel safe and undercover in there after pounding the pavement, but I’ll always return to this sanctuary to drown out the jive and drink in the Java. Go God Good.

The coffee is good. However, if you are looking for a coffee shop to read, work on your laptop, or meet with friends, do not come. The music is way TOO loud. I heard some customers commenting on it too.

Fun quick place to grab coffee for us out of ownership. Great smells and flavorful robust coffee. Love all the Christmas blended flavors. Wife had the marshmallow latte which hit the spot. Myself I am a matcha person and had a little sweetened version with almond milk. Perfect start to the day!!

We got the tiramisu latte and a shot of espresso, and both were so good. The latte had the perfect balance of sweetness and coffee flavor, and the espresso was smooth and rich. Parking was surprisingly easy, which made the whole visit even better. The atmosphere inside is calm, spacious, and definitely work-friendly with lots of natural light, comfortable seating, and a relaxed vibe that makes it great for getting things done. Overall, a really solid spot for great coffee and a productive environment. Highly recommend! ☕✨
