No ham in the ham nd cheese. Bought 4 ham and cheese and as I took the first and second bite I noticed it was only cheese. I went back in the store and kindly told the lady it was only cheese. She told me it was because there ham is a special ham which has no color. Didn‘t take a minute to look at my only cheese empanada, just discarded my simple and obvious request. they don’t have special ham. They just didn’t put ham. PRODUCT is everything. You want your business to succeed?? MAKE GREAT EMPANADAS. Don’t cheat consumers of ham just to protect your pocket. Just saying.
Outstanding empanadas and service. We opt for the promo of 12 with two more for free. We saved some for our flight back to SF. I wish this store isn't 3k miles away from our home, or maybe it's better for our waistline. They cooked the empanadas which we wanted but not on shelf in short order. Only 3 seats inside with a couple of benches outside.
Great empanadas!! Amazing selection, great flavors, great pricing. I got a box of 6 (comes with 1 free, so 7 total), and I got the ham and cheese, bacon egg and cheese, pepperoni, and the cheesy pampa. These are so good! Out of all the flavors i’ve tried so far, all have been delicious. It’s already good, but the addition of the sauce (i chose the chimichurri) it’s even better. I’ll definitely be returning. Staff is also so nice!
Beautiful presentation of all products, super clean and amazing service. Plus great explanation of the process of making the empanadas and highlights of why these are artisanal empanadas (fully handmade one by one) which ensures abundant fresh fillings in each one. Absolutely DELICIOUS. The coffee (we had espresso) was SO GOOD. We went for a snack after our walk in the nearby park and it was just what we needed to recharge our day with great energy and great food! It was so good that we ended up placing an order for take out for a party we are having on Saturday! Loved it!
Just tried the new empanada spot in the neighborhood and wow — what a gem! The crusts are perfectly golden and flaky, and the fillings are packed with flavor. Whether you’re into the classic Argentinian beef or something more adventurous, there’s something for everyone. Super friendly staff and cozy vibes make it an instant favorite. Definitely worth a visit (or three)!
