The pour-over coffee was outstanding. I loved that I could choose a bean that matched my personal style. Since they roast the beans on-site, the coffee tasted incredibly fresh. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. I’m already looking forward to trying a different bean type on my next visit!

Best pour over coffee place I've ever been to. We need more places like this. Friendly and helpful service. Tailor your coffee selection and roast levels! Roast on demand. Plan ahead since it can take 20 to 30 minutes. Well worth the time!

Hidden gem! Simple menu because they excel in roasted coffee. The worker helped me choose a cup of brewed Kobe and it was excellent! Perfectly balanced, no bitterness, sourness, with the warmth of the roasted beans shining through. They also roast beans as ordered so it’s fresh to take home. Do yourself a favor and skip the chains for a cup here! The only thing to change might be adding “Mameya” to the store front sign since it only says “Coffee Roasters”…can easily miss the store.

My daughter told me about a little coffee shop she had discovered and said that I had to go here because she knows how much I absolutely love coffee. From the moment we walked in, I knew this place was special. They were very thorough about asking me all of the qualities that I found appealing in coffee and suggested a Sumatra with a city roast. I was told to wait at least five days after the roasting process to allow for off gassing. I just made a pour over of my freshly ground beans and I can honestly say I have never, ever tasted coffee this good. Zero bitterness. Zero sour. 100% perfect, flavorful, smooth coffee. I am so upset with myself for not having gone here a year ago when my daughter first mentioned it. I have had coffee all over the world and I have never had coffee this perfect. I will NEVER buy coffee anywhere else. The Kobe blend we had while waiting for our coffee to roast was lovely. Everyone working here is so friendly and so obviously in love with the process of making perfect coffee. I am a Maméya coffee person for life.
