Love coming to this place, coffee is really good But something that bothers me is I just bought a new car and when I they come out to take your order their pos tablet they use has a strap and none of them ever notice the plastic on the strap hits my car when they go to have me tap my card. **loose the strap.

I’ve been to this drive-through a couple times lately, and both times my order wasn’t right. Most recently, I asked for an iced coffee with a splash of oat milk (I’m lactose intolerant), but it came loaded with half-and-half. The girl at the window was super sweet and went to get it fixed right away, which I appreciated because the last time I took the drink as is. What threw me off was overhearing someone inside say I’d asked for half-and-half, even though I was clear. Also, I noticed the energy felt a little different depending on who was ordering from the girl taking orders, specifically being more friend and chatty to male customers. I usually go to the downtown location where things run smoother, but I’d love to keep coming here if things tighten up a bit. Kindness and attention to detail go a long way.

This was my first visit here. I ordered a Iced Caramel Macchiato. It's safe to say it's the nastiest coffee I've ever had and I've drank alot of coffee in my day. So, disappointing when you spend $7 on a coffee and it's complete junk.

This location usually isn’t too busy. I like raw bean because it is a local business. Their drinks are pretty good. A couple times they have tasted a little different than previous times probably just different baristas might add different amounts of syrup. The blueberry muffin was a little dry. Their large iced drinks are huge (32oz); I always forget to order by ounce and not size /since they have several different sizes.

This is by far the best coffee in SLC. I have been going regularly since 2016 and I am consistently impressed with the service and quality. Every friend that I refer here or grab coffee for absolutely loves it. The baristas are professional, kind, knowledgeable and fun. I only wish they would bring back their branded reusable mugs.
