Crema's Take

Tucked upstairs in the Wild Horse Pass Casino, this spot offers a convenient escape for quality coffee and genuinely impressive pastries that are generously sized and priced fairly with tax included. The Italian-leaning pastries seem to be the real draw here, with reviewers praising their size and quality, though the coffee service can be inconsistent—sometimes swift, sometimes sluggish, and occasionally with temperature requests that don't land. It's a solid choice if you're looking for a proper pastry to pair with your coffee in a casual, accessible setting, though hospitality and consistency in drink execution could use some work.

"We are out of frappes" how are you out of a frappe and your coffee shop? All it takes is milk, ice, flavoring and coffee. Which is almost every drink you make?

The service is very fast here. There isn't much to eat since it is mostly all coffee drinks. 3 things to eat on the menu and my eggs were iced cold and one little piece of Jack n the box type bacon. Weird.

The coffee wasn’t that bad. Although we asked for extra hot and it came out normal hot. But part of a coffee shop is making the customers feel welcome. Smiles go along way. If I didn’t know any better, I would’ve felt I was ordering coffee in a prison. These people are very cold and do not understand what it takes to be a good customer service person. Next time I go and I get treated the way I did today, 10/25/2025, I’m going to have to say something to the staff. Hopefully they do a better job and talk to their employees about doing a better job making the customers feel welcome.

This is basically a Starbucks inside Vee Quiva. The service isn't as quick here, though. It looked like they had an assortment of desserts, which we did not try. We ordered a sweetened green tea (which was not sweetened) and a couple of mocha coffees.

Nice coffee shop with lots of yummy pastries. Upstairs in the Wild Horse Pass Casino. Sweets are big enough to share and tax is already included in the price. Most bakery items were between $5-$7 each. Coffee choices like a Starbucks. They also sell gelato.
