JP Licks is a long standing Ice cream chain throughout the Boston area. Staff scoop quickly, Ice cream is fresh and tasty. The ice cream is on the expensive side, but is rich in flavor, a bit sweet but not overly sweet, and has a great taste. They have soft serve options as well as yogurt available, and there are many flavors available for ice cream as well.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I bought a cake for my birthday. It was the place where I liked to eat ice cream, but the cake was delicious. I will definitely buy it again.

The ice cream is rich in flavor and not overly sweet. My favorite flavor is the caramel cookie dough—absolutely delicious. The coffee is unexpectedly good, especially since they roast their own beans. It's definitely worth coming back just for the coffee.

JP Licks is normally a great icecream shop. I have been numerous times. I would suggest that if your in the mood for a late night snack don't go to this location as even though the sign says they are open till midnight the employees clean up about 1hr early so they should really put the close at 11pm. (Not a good look for JP Licks as a company). Unfortunately this location according to the employee has a policy they cannot make frappes (milk shakes) after 10:55pm even though they close at midnight. So if you do go to a JP Licks which is a great ice cream shop don't go to this location as they might have policy on not being able to serve you something.
