St. Kilda Collective

The food was incredible! The inside is beautiful, they really did such an incredible job. We sat at the bar that overlooks the kitchen which is immaculate. You can see how fresh all of the ingredients really are! Highly recommend stopping if you're in the area. Tons of cute little shops close by as well.

While this wasn’t my favorite location they did close down the downtown one so this is next best. I do enjoy dinner here but breakfast is my favorite, their mushroom toast with a poached egg! For awhile they did replace it with smashed pea toast and I actually enjoyed this as well.

Had a lovely experience at St. Kilda in Valley Junction 2 weeks ago. The coffee, which is always good in my opinion, was delicious! But then I stayed for a cocktail and salad. I sat up at the bar and got some work done, chatted with the baristas and bartenders that checked in on me regularly, and left feeling full and happy. I’ll definitely be back!

I was in town for the day and asked Google Maps for restaurants that had the highest reviews in that area. I liked the pictures I saw and so I went there. It was in between lunch and dinner and the relay was only a few other people in the restaurant. To be honest, I almost didn't go in because from the outside it looked like it was closed because it didn't look like the lights were on inside. I'm super glad I went! Because not only did I eat there by myself the first day, the next week when I was in town again, my husband and I came in because the food was so good! I had really good service the first time but it was probably because it was me and one other person in the restaurant. The second time I went it was much busier and we definitely didn't have as great of service. But the food made up for it! There is so much on the menu I still want to try. I love how they serve breakfast all the way till 4:00 p.m. The server said they're mostly known for brunch, but their lunch and dinner menu is a superb. Two restaurants can open up. It's also in a great location in Valley Junction. I will definitely go again and I highly recommend!!

Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. Every chance I get I dine here!! I celebrate important life events here and have been going for a few years now-it is absolutely incredible every time. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is impressive how amazing their food is!! Do NOT hesitate- go eat here ASAP!!
