Crema's Take

This charming German Village spot transports you straight to Italy with its carefully curated pastry case, creamy gelato, and expertly pulled espresso that locals rave about. The intimate handful of tables and genuinely warm staff create the perfect setting for lingering over a cappuccino and a buttery pistachio croissant, whether you're meeting a friend or savoring a quiet moment alone. It's the kind of neighborhood café that feels like a welcoming escape, where attention to detail—from the food quality to the accessibility—shows they truly care about making you feel at home.

We visited Italy last year and everything about this place, from the pastry case to the menu, took us back. We had cappuccinos, a panini, and a pistachio croissant. Our server was super helpful and very friendly. We even finished with an amazing affogato. Can’t wait to try the Delaware location.

Great little place for a bit of ice cream and a place to sit and relax. They have other things there, but it's mainly ice cream and sorbet. One really nice thing about this place, was that they had a couple sorbet options which were vegan/dairy free which is a good option for some of us who can't have dairy. Price were decent, definitely more affordable than some of the surrounding shops with more options. Probably because it is not right in the center of the German villages and is less authentic, less authentic in the means that it is more of a modern building on the outskirts of the villages. Still recommended though.

It’s so cute on the inside, very welcoming and family friendly! If you have wheels you enter through the back to avoid those stairs. The food and the staff have got to be at a constant battle trying to outdo one another! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There is even a bigger selection at their Delaware store. It’s an amazing place to visit.
