The food and drinks were the best things that I have ever tasted. I highly recommend the berry hibiscus lemonade and lemon bar!! The staff were incredibly nice, the interior is so so pretty, and everyone was highly welcoming. I will be visiting again the next time I'm here! You can purchase mugs and plates there as well, I bought this piece and I am so happy with it (listed in pictures)!

Very cool rustic wood decor environment with lots of tea options and tea for sale. The menu was larger than I expected and had several panini options for around $12. Other options are bagels and salads. It’s a cozy space right in the heart of downtown Flagstaff! VictorB

I had hoped not to have to write a review such as this for any company, yet here I am. Came in with my daughter and friends today and ordered four beverages, one of which was a peppermint hot chocolate. When the drinks arrived, all was well with the exception of the hot chocolate. It was flavorless. Watered down hot chocolate mix and no hint of peppermint. My daughter took the drink back to the counter and explained. She was met with a rude response from an older lady working the register. No remake was offered, nor was a refund. Not wanting me to be without a drink, my daughter ordered and paid for a chai tea. The level of rudeness and lack of customer service insures we will never return to this establishment again.

Great lounge and amazing tea. I asked for a recommendation and it was so good. Great place to escape the cold a bit!

Friendly and welcoming customer service. There are plenty of tables inside to relax and enjoy your tea, and they do have a dog-friendly outdoor table though I only noticed one. I tried the rose tea, which was pleasant but nothing exceptional. One thing to keep in mind: parking in this area can be tricky, so plan ahead.
