Emerald Coffee Co. is such a gem in Kyle! 💚 I stopped by today and was immediately greeted with the sweetest energy! The owner is genuinely so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I ordered the pistachio vanilla creme latte and it was SO good — perfectly balanced, creamy, and not overly sweet. You can tell everything is made with care. I also love that she carries baked goods from a local Buda bakery, Grumpy D’s. Supporting small businesses that support other small businesses just feels right. If you’re in Kyle, definitely stop by this adorable coffee trailer. Great drinks, great vibes, even better people!

Yall have got to try this place! The Dubai coffee is off the charts and so is the banana bread coffee.

The coffee isn’t just cute, it tastes amazing as well! 1000/10 recommend ✨ I’ve tried all her specialty coffees (Pistachio cream latte, Banana bread latte, & Dubai chocolate latte) & let me just say OMG THEY ARE AMAZING 🤩 My favorite HAS to be the Dubai Chocolate iced latte though... It just never misses!! 😍 She did just launch a Valentine’s drink as well which is a chocolate strawberry latte & that’s also a total yum coming in 2nd place for me. I’m so glad she moved closer to me so I can stop by more often (good for her, but bad for my wallet lol.) Her new pecan milk is probably my fav milk substitution to date, it’s sooo rich & creamy. Go give her coffee a try because you will NOT be disappointed. Such good coffee, great talks, & a pleasant atmosphere to be in. I love it so much & look forward to my coffee runs 💕

Tried a specialty latte during a pop up in Atlanta and it was soooo gooood!! Made with care and I loved all the little details, like the pistachio crumbles I would probably not find at any other coffee shop here (at this price!). Can’t wait for another Atlanta pop up.
