Shoutout to Tiffany at Heavenly Donuts — absolutely top-tier service. She’s friendly, welcoming, and makes every visit better. Great attitude, fast service, and you can tell she genuinely cares. If you’re going to Heavenly Donuts, ask for Tiffany. She’s the reason I’ll be back.

Food is always great, but what separates this place from the rest is the staff. They are simply the best. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and they remembered my order my second time in the store. Would give them a raise or Christmas bonus if I could. Will be visiting again

This place is a joke. The customer service at Heavenly Donuts was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The staff acted like I was a nuisance just for walking in. No smile, no greeting, just pure attitude. And the food? Straight-up trash. The donuts were stale and dry like they’d been sitting out for days, and the coffee tasted like burnt water. There was nothing fresh, nothing flavorful, and absolutely nothing ‘heavenly’ about any of it. Save your money and your patience—go literally anywhere else.

Coffee is awesome, food is great…. But the service and the girls are simply the BEST!!! I’ve been going here every day for almost 10 years and I honestly wouldn’t want to start my day any other way!! Special shout out to Tif Tam Patty and Nic, love you guys ❤️
