Eldorado Coffee Corral

Stopped in at the Santa Fe ElDorado Coffee Corral and absolutely loved the vibe. It felt like a true local gathering spot, with neighbors chatting, relaxing, and enjoying their morning together. The aroma when you walk in is incredible, and the variety of drinks and treats makes it hard to choose. The two gentlemen working were so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. And the mocha latte… hands down the best I’ve had across six state lines in our travels. The flavor was perfectly balanced, the temperature just right, and the whipped cream was the perfect finishing touch. It’s so nice to see a place that still values quality, community, and genuine hospitality. We will definitely be back whenever we’re in the Santa Fe area!

OMG. Stopped in for a quick coffee and left with a delectable croissant filled with ham and provolone, baked to perfection with crispy outer edges. Yummy!

Oh my goodness! What a gem of a coffee shop! I stopped in today and treated myself to their matcha latte after a long early morning bike ride and let me just say… SPECTACULAR. Smooth, creamy, perfectly balanced....not too sweet, not too earthy, just pure matcha magic. And the lemon cranberry bar? Wow. You can taste that it was baked fresh that morning; soft, tangy, with just the right pop of cranberry. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and stop by, it’s cozy, friendly, and delicious from the first sip to the last crumb.

This place is incredible. Warm friendly atmosphere, wonderful staff. The coffee is consistently excellent, the espresso drinks, the regular coffee, fancy and simple hot chocolates, and teas. To top it off, the pastries are out of this world. The croissants, sweet and savory, are as good as any Parisian pâtisserie. The muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls are all also exceptional. They also serve NY bagels. Could not recommend this place highly enough!!
