Crema's Take
“Carter and Company is a dessert-forward spot known for genuinely excellent cakes and cheesecakes—silky, well-balanced, and worth ordering ahead for—but the coffee itself seems secondary and service can be frustratingly uneven, ranging from genuinely warm to dismissive depending on who's behind the counter. It's a solid choice if you're craving a late-night sweet treat (they stay open until 8pm) and don't mind a gamble on the hospitality, but don't expect it to be a fully polished cafe experience.”
What to expect
Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Pastries on the menu. Open late. Family friendly. Parking available.

We recently discovered Carter's and it has quickly become our go to for dessert. Their cheesecakes are silky smooth and not overly sweet. The cake was sooo decadent and rich. Great menu with indoor and outdoor seating.
