Crema's Take

Camilla's Café is a quaint neighborhood spot that blends Brazilian and café culture, serving hearty breakfast specials like bacon-wrapped chicken with traditional sides alongside pastries and light fare. The casual, no-frills vibe makes it perfect for lingering over coffee and conversation, though visitors should be prepared for an informal experience where details like pricing and English-language service can be inconsistent. When the kitchen is firing on all cylinders, the fresh, flavorful food and warm atmosphere shine—it's the kind of place that rewards locals willing to embrace its charmingly unpolished character.

You order your food, and when you go to pay, the price is always different. For example, if it's $14.30, they'll charge you $15, always a higher amount, and the service is bad. I know it's a small difference, but if you calculate it over a year, the difference is significant. If you ask for a receipt, you'll see that the prices are incorrect.

I saw Nicolas Souza having a fun time with another employee on top of the produce. Unless you enjoy your coxinha with extra catupiry have at it.

My sister and.I stopped in on Saturday morning. We like to support new local businesses. We also like to try new places.. however the lady behind the counter told us she didn't speak English so I had to wonder how you going to take my order if you don't speak English. . Very uncomfortable feeling.

Very quaint no frills cafe, grocery and bakery! I opted to get the daily special which was bacon-wrapped chicken, beans, rice and farofa (brazilian side dish with eggs, beef, onions and manioc flour) and potato salad. The service was attentive and they took time to explain the specials and the food was brought out within 8 to 10 minutes! The portions were huge, including two of the bacon- wrapped chicken! All the food was well seasoned, delicious and filling! They even had Brazilian guarana to drink!! I also ordered a beef and chicken meat pie to go and was amazed at the portion size!! Also delicious!! I highly recommend this cafe and I'm looking forward to eating there often!!

It was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients. The menu offered a great variety and every dish we tried was bursting with flavor. The service was top-notch, attentive, friendly, and quick without being overbearing. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great Brazilian food and a wonderful dining experience!
