This practice really needs to improve. They are consistently rescheduling patients last minute- I have been rescheduled for over 6 months now which is unacceptable. I’m a healthcare provider so I totally understand things come up but this is way too excessive. I have asked to switch providers as I am now way beyond my recommend follow up and they refuse stating that both doctors have to authorize this? Very archaic way of doing things. Reading other reviews it seems most patients have similar feelings.

I advise steering very clear of this facility if as a patient you wish to have some say in your care. I have had a heart device for 12 years. I have chosen not to have it replaced when the battery life is depleted this time due to several other health issues. I was dismissed from this practice for that reason. I can't get even basic cardiac care and medications. This is absolutely not right at all. Their practice manager is extremely sarcastic, condescending and thinks she's cute with what she says. The practice doesn't seem to want to provide me with her full name and immediate superiors contact information so that I may file a complaint about her. No patient for any reason should be spoken to like she spoke to me. She is not fit to be in any position providing patient care.

Dr Feidler has been my husbands cardiologist for years. We are so fortunate to have the best of doctors. He is brilliant, caring, professional, and has always taken the time to explain. Because of him, I have my husband today. We have be blessed.

PERENNIALLY LATE, DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE: Every day this practice provides many examples of why medical professionals should afford patients the same courtesy and timeliness they demand of the patients. Sign states closed noon to 1pm for a “staff meeting”, yet they’d scheduled well over a dozen patients for 1pm. Oh! And the employees we saw returned at ten minutes AFTER 1pm, went inside and opened the door. We were all locked out, forced to stand outside the office by the elevators because there are less than a handful of seats for over a dozen patients PLUS their caregivers. Among those near the head of the line we waited another 5 minutes to check in. At that point I asked how many were ahead of us for the person we were there to see. I was told we were first got that person. YET, we waited 5 minutes to be seen. We arrived 10 minutes early but waited 20 minutes fir the office to reopen (10 minutes late) 10 minutes to check in plus 5 minutes to be seen EVEN though we were that employee’s first appointment. By the way, they have multiple waiting rooms, with more than enough chairs for all involved, but we were not shown the respect NOR the common decency to be allowed in the waiting rooms. When we arrived, so many patients were out by the elevators waiting to get inside that they had to move around so we could exit the elevator. Even more, many more, squeezed out of the elevator before the doors were opened. Medical professionals should afford patients the same courtesy and timeliness they demand of the patients.

Great staff. Dr. Gaba is an outstanding ablation surgeon who truly cares about his patients. Always has a friendly smile and explains procedures fully. Brianne also a great NP. These people will take good care of you. I no longer have Afib.
