Crema's Take

Tucked in the ground floor of Hotel Duval, Leroc Bistro surprises visitors with genuine warmth and made-to-order breakfast that feels more intentional than your typical hotel cafe. While they serve Starbucks coffee rather than a roasted-in-house blend, the real magic here is in the hospitality—staff like Brandie and Shana go out of their way to make you feel like a valued guest, not just a hotel visitor passing through. It's an ideal spot for a slow morning with friends, where you can linger over a well-made latte and a thoughtfully prepared breakfast without the rush.

By all means; do yourself a favor and stop by this hidden gem. I was welcomed in with hospitality and kind words. A sweet soul named Brandie made sure I was taken care of and she even came by and checked on my well being while I dined. LeRoc management; please recognize what gem of an employee you have in her. 10 over 10 for the ambiance, personnel and awesome tasting food. Kudos! Thanks again. LeRoc and Level 8.

The bistro in the ground floor of Hotel Duval is nice breakfast place. We were not hotel guests but it was not an issue. Serves Starbucks, so coffee, which is usually my negative in most breakfast places, was prefect. The modern ambiance is inviting albeit it can be cleaner. Food is ok.

After our stay at Hotel Duval we enjoyed breakfast at LeRoc Bistro. The Starbucks lattes were excellent and the food was made-to-order, and for a hotel stay that was a nice touch. The presentation was fantastic, and our waiter Chi-Ray was phenomenal. There is a mandatory 20% tip, however our server deserved it.

Terrible service here. We were seated quickly but it went downhill from there. Server brought our drinks, said he was going to get his pad and pen to take our order but didn't comeback. 20 minutes later he looked over and saw we still had menus and sent another server over. Got our food 20 minutes later and my husband's side of sausage was missing. I asked for jelly. Never got the jelly. He asked for coffee. They forgot the coffee. He finished his meal and still had no sausage. Terrible.
