I joined a couple of coworkers at Bakewell this morning for an impromptu meeting and it was fantastic! Jack fixed the most delicious coffee drinks which we enjoyed with fresh, healthy breakfast sandwiches. All while vibing to a much appreciated music playlist that had us all in good spirits. Thank you Bakewell for bringing your brand of hospitality to Main Street! We will be frequenting your spot regularly :-)

Came by to check out this new spot in downtown Longmont. Loved the vibe, decor & staff. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They forgot to avocado add-on to my daughters sandwich (not their fault, something wrong with the ticket system), and they were very apologetic and willing to fix it right away. They gave us a free pastry to make up for it, which was very sweet since they didn't have to do that. There is plenty of seating inside but also some outside which will be great for those sunny days. There's a variety of pastries. We tried the blueberry cake, which was awesome. Loved that the batter had some of the blueberry blended in and not just suspended in the batter. You can really taste the blueberry throughout, and the crust on it was phenomenal. The chocolate croissant was on point. Flaky, buttery, and just enough chocolate inside. They do sell out, so stop by early to try one. The sourdough on the sandwiches was great. I tried the pastrami, egg & cheese, SO GOOD. For all the pastrami lovers out there, it hit all the salty, fatty, goodness you crave from pastrami. The sourdough chicken sausage, egg & cheese was good, but it was very oily. The egg was only in the center, so the ends were just sausage & and cheese, which will be all fatty texture wise and oily on the palate. It tasted good, but just a heads up on that. We had a Carmel latte & a latte with their house made Vanilla Brown Sugar syrup. Both of the lattes were good, the temp was good, the coffee was strong, very cute design was on the top. The flavors were hard to distinguish. My daughter said her latte didn't taste like it had any caramel flavor in it at all. My latte flavor was also on the very light side. I could taste the brown sugar, but the vanilla was lost. Would love some stronger flavors. Overall, great spot. We hung out for a while. Definitely recommend.

I visited this charming little bakery in downtown Longmont for the grand opening, and I can't recommend it enough! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere, complete with delightful decor and the aroma of freshly baked goods, sets the perfect scene for a relaxing visit. The chocolate croissants are absolutely divine! Flaky, buttery pastry filled with rich, melted chocolate that just oozes out with each bite. It's the perfect balance of sweetness and indulgence. I couldn't resist grabbing a couple of pastries to take home, and they were just as delicious later on. Overall, this bakery is a must-visit for anyone in the area. Whether you're looking for a quick treat or a cozy spot to enjoy a pastry and coffee, this place has it all. I can't wait to return and try more of their delightful offerings!
