If you are looking for an authentic taste of the island, Dorcaris is the place to be! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming—I felt like I was right back in Puerto Rico buying my favorite treats. The sweets are absolutely amazing, but the tornillo is on another level. It’s easily my favorite! The quality and flavor are incredible, and the staff makes you feel like family. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re craving high-quality pastries and a friendly, "home-style" environment. I’ll definitely be back for more! 🇵🇷✨

We went here to design our wedding cake and were looking for something elegant and simple for our intimate wedding party. There was great communication in-person and online, as well as updates on our cake and delivery. It was brought to our venue on-time. Everyone enjoyed it! It was beautiful and delicious!

Great Puerto Rican bakery. We traveled far to to try out her amazing desserts. Love her guava turnovers, and her Dubai donut to name a few..so many great choices. Run, don’t walk—this is the best Puerto Rican bakery in the Valley! Every item I tried, from the quesitos to the cakes, was outstanding. The staff and owner truly make you feel welcome. I even took pastries with me on a flight to the West Coast, and they held up beautifully. I’ll be ordering from here for all future celebrations.

This bakery right here....I dont know where to begin. The donuts were freshly made. I came twice and was never told we are out of them. If a donut wasn't available they made them for you while you waited. Or you can call ahead and order them prior to pickup. The quesitos were one of my favorite. They were huge and the filling... OMG! The gauva donut had so much filling, I used some of it to dip my quesito in it. The puerto rican coffee was perfect. They have cakes you can custom order on their website. The even make puerto rican cakes! The tembleque was the best my boyfriend ever tasted. The strawberries and crema was out of this world. I even ate the donuts next day and still fresh. The owners are friendly and are there to serve you. Best customer service I've dealt with in awhile.
