Very nice drivers. I have to pass or go through this area on the daily these drivers are very courteous and kind in the area.

I called, received a quote for one pallet, and picked it up as scheduled. Then, before delivery, I got a call, and they said it weighed 55 lbs more than the auction house stated. They also added an additional $100.00 fee, saying there was limited access for delivery because it is a campground. So, the original quote of $360.00 was doubled to over $600.00. Needless to say, my guest will not have access to fountain drinks at Al's Hideaway Campground. I gave it two stars because customer service was excellent and professional regarding the shipping company; I would never use it again. BUYER BEWARE the old bait and switch scheme going on here.

This company promised they would deliver my item today and never bothered to call me to tell me it was not in fact going to be delivered until next week. I had to call them in order to find out. They refuse to work with me to schedule a convenient delivery time and it forces me to agree to them just dropping it off and praying it doesn’t rain. I work every weekday and can’t go home very easily for a delivery. They’re terrible! Do not recommend.
