Crema's Take

This workplace canteen struggles with inconsistent operations and maintenance issues that frustrate regular visitors who stop by hoping for a quick coffee or bite. While they offer traditional drinks and light food options, customers repeatedly report understocked machines, broken equipment, and pricing that feels steep for what's actually available. The gap between what this spot could be and what it delivers leaves folks wishing they'd get their act together, since a reliable neighborhood canteen would be genuinely useful.

Sadly they never seem to keep machines stocked up and ready for potential customers. The prices are ridiculously expensive and basically not worth paying for. You could get more food from a fast food joint and spend less money. 1/10 would definitely not recommend.

Pre-COVID, they had some decent food selections. After COVID currently their food selection is low grade and extremely expensive. Breakfast burritos that you can get a box from Sam’s Club they price at $3, lunchables for $4.50, load the machines with junk sweets rather than food! Extremely disappointing to say the least! I’m spending $$20 to $40 wkly While visiting a loved one and have to deal with no food in the machines or low grade junk breakfast foods! Use to be ok. Now disgusting!

More forever broken games at White Elm. I go there nearly every week hoping they get fixed and a ramp got fixed on one but it’s still broken to play. Bar staff calls with notes but nothing ever happens with VVS.

I am a security guard at the plant where vvs is went up there to see if I could get just two plain buns and the rude employees are going to say we’re closed. I say you can’t just give me two plain buns then the manager is like we’re closed the first employee again had to repeat yeah we’re closed. These rude lazy no goods will never see another dime of my money. I urge everyone to bring food from home.

Very seldom do they fill the sandwich machine at my work. I bet I call them 3or4 times a month to come fill up machines if they want to make money. Many times when I do call , they SAY someone will be over to fix/fill machines. They come the next day, or thier scheduled day. Used to do a good job 2 yrs ago. Not sure what happened now.
