I visited this BigFoot Java location and had a disappointing experience. The employee handling my order was also handling cash and the register. When preparing my drink, she placed all four fingers inside the rim of my cup. I politely asked if she could wash her hands before finishing the order. She became upset, refused, and I chose not to complete my purchase. As I was leaving, she yelled that she could refuse service and told me to contact her manager, Ana, if I had an issue. My concern was simply basic hygiene and food safety. I hope management reviews proper handwashing and customer service expectations moving forward.

Big foot Java is a solid 4 star in my opinion. Their service if friendly and fast. Their coffee is good. They clearly have a diverse work force. Not a bad choice if your in the mood for a decent coffee beverage.

Service is ok but they are soooooo inconsistent. You can order the same drink different times and get a completely different drink each time. Pretty frustrating when I get a drink I liked in the past and go back a different week and it’s gross and tastes completely different . There needs to be more consistency with the recipes or something.

I just want to give out a BIG shoutout to CAT at this location today. She is the sweetest person and she knows how to treat customers. I came to get a 16oz free from my app today for customer appreciation and it stated I used mine..I was like OMG I didn’t I just registered my card after 4 years of having it. She went above and beyond after another stated “ they couldn’t do anything about it”. Thank you CAT and I will returning to this location only because of the kindness she showed!!!
