Stopped here for breakfast on a rainy day and it was packed. There is limited seating indoors but we were able to grab a table. We both got bagel breakfast sandwiches which come with a side of potatoes and they were pretty good. The chai latte was also good. When it gets busy, you do feel a bit rushed to vacate the seats just to be courteous so others can sit so I wouldn’t say this is a slow morning spot
Great service and fresh breakfast sandwiches. Coffee is very good too! We had hot latte and iced mocha. Plenty of seating inside and out. It was nice to just have a normal size breakfast (sandwich).
It was difficult finding open spots on a new year morning and we were grateful that this spot was open. We ordered two english muffins - one with egg and cheddar cheese, and another with turkey, egg and cheddar cheese. They tasted okay but were warm and fresh. They came with fried potatoes - which didn’t look very appetizing and were only seasoned with sea salt. We ended up not finishing them. We got cappuccino and iced coffee as well. We didn’t end up liking it much either. I would assume a slow day being the reason and would hit this place again in future.
Bagels and drinks were great. The quality of the drinks were very well made and delicious. It didnt taste like they were powdered drinks. The Signature coffee was strong and bold. The blended drink was tremendously flavorful and any fruit drink enthusiasts would enjoy it. Service was great. The employees were nice and welcoming and helpful! Parking is very tight. if you have a big truck or van, youre basically taking an entire spot and it will be difficult to get out of the car if you the parking lot is full. it is shared with other businesses. To the People commenting the high cost, remember that you're in Maui and in Kihei. If you want to experience the authentic Maui experience of food, do more research and you can find the food youre looking for.
We visited Kali Café in Kihei. The location is nice, the staff is really friendly, and they open early, which is convenient. The coffee was just okay. We tried the bubble waffles, but they were just okay too, probably not something we’d order again. I also tried the Acai and coconut parfait, which was good. We ordered the bacon egg cheddar sandwich and the bacon egg cheddar bagel sandwich, both were good. We also asked for a croissant with cream cheese, but they forgot the cream cheese, and we didn’t go back to fix it. Overall, it’s a nice spot.
