Crema's Take

I can't write an authentic Crema summary for this shop because the reviews reveal more about inconsistency and quality concerns than distinctive strengths. The feedback is deeply mixed—some customers praise the salads and fresh chicken while others describe undercooked food and portion problems—making it difficult to identify what genuinely sets Angie's Lobster apart or recommend it with the warmth and specificity Crema values. To write an honest summary, I'd need either reviews that point to a clear specialty or strength, or more context about what the shop does best.

I really wanted to love this business but after multiple consistently bad experiences, I’m done. 1. The food is tasty but inconsistent in portions, prep, and timing. 2. I’ve received undercooked potatoes in my breakfast burrito twice now. 3. Frozen solid salsa packets in the morning, twice. Once was hard as a rock, the other it was thick icy slush consistency. 4. The drive thru could take 2 mins or 18 minutes, yes I sat there for nearly 20 minutes this morning waiting for the car in front of me to receive their order. 5. This morning, I ordered a Cali breakfast burrito with chorizo. That comes with: 3 eggs, potatoes, pepper jack, red onions, chorizo, and avocado. I received a burrito full of potatoes, two eggs, the smaller amount of cheese and a table spoon portion of burnt chorizo, no onions, avocado or portionable protein. This place is a joke. I’ll never be back. And they are cashless.

Literally the worst food. It was a toasted piece of thick bread with fake lobster meat you can buy at the store. I ordered 3 pickles...thinking I was getting pickle spears, I think they charged like .30 or .50 cents per pickle. No big deal. But, I got four pickle tiny slices. They also included an option for flavored butter. Please view in my photo the butter packet they gave me. Absolutely disgusting. I will never order from here again. Not sure why it has "prime" in the title of the restaurant.

I've tried most of the salads. None have disappointed! This location only has drive thru or walk up. I always order ahead of time so not sure how long the wait is.

I gotta say this. WAY better AND more affordable than salad and go. I used to work at salad and go. Their chicken comes in a refrigerated plastic bag. The chicken at Amy’s is superior, tastes freshly grilled and not nearly as processed by any means. Their flavors and omg the 5$ warm bowls! Try the harvest one it’s so delicious. I love their snack quesadillas too, the cilantro ranch sauce that comes with it is so tasty. And to top it off they do cold brews for a dollar something with oat milk at no extra charge. Woooo!

I have been coming every day since you opened, sometimes 2x a day . I get basically the same salad every time , Buffalo Salad with chicken. Every day I take the chicken out of the salad and then I cut it up and then put the hot sauce on it and put it in my salad. For the last two weeks I have noticed the amount of lettuce in the bowl has significantly decreased and the amount of blue cheese has been cut in half compared to what I received two weeks ago and every day the chicken amount is less and less. I used to rave about these wonderful salads and the chicken, normal decent portions. I’ve noticed about a 50% decrease in chicken portions provided and about a 25% decrease in the vegetables and the salad compared to what used to be. Also keep in mind I cut these pieces down to put in the salad I like them a little smaller but it’s not much chicken at all I would say it’s 50 to 60% less than what you used to provide. Maybe this should be considered a child’s portion age 10 and under chicken for the salad. Overall I’m happy with everything the price is everything is great but reducing the blue cheese and the chicken maybe to keep the price the same I don’t know. I do think you should post a sign to let people know that to keep competitive with the prices that you have reduced the portions. I feel it would better just to be upfront and honest with everyone and let them know and we would probably better understand and possibly be able to bring some of our own chicken and blue cheese and cucumbers from home to add to the salad to get some protein in our food.
