This place is a good boba spot! Ambiance is nice and staff members are friendly and welcoming. There is this one worker named Kurumi who was super sweet and kind. I got three drinks and my favorite one is their mango sticky rice drink it is so good!

Love this place so much! We love dark phoenix the most! Mango sticky rice so special! Salt strawberry is nice!! Dargon well tea taste so good! Wanted to try out every flavor!! Will definitely comeback soon!

Orders come out fast, and the young staff is super sweet. They take their time letting you try samples. They’re always playing good R&B hits. If you give them an ID, you can play board games-UNO is our go-to every time. My favorite order- mango sticky rice, 50% sweet/ more ice/no boba. Snow Jasmine milk tea/ less ice/ w boba. You’ll also notice a lot of people working on their laptops, so it’s a nice place to hang out or get some work done. Parking can be a little hectic, but you’ll eventually find a spot. Bonus: they’re open late.

I had a bit of a mixed experience here. Here is the breakdown: • The Drinks: The highlights are definitely the beverages. The drink quality is great and tastes good—clearly the strongest part of the visit. • Cleanliness: This is where the experience fell short. The restroom was quite dirty. has no toilet paper and I noticed several other areas of the shop that weren't being kept up well. Some spots definitely needed a deep clean. Overall: Come here for a solid drink to-go, but the seating area and facilities could use much more attention from the staff.

As a huge milk tea lover who recently moved here from Vietnam, I have been looking for a place that does it right. Yuntea is amazing! I love that they let you sample different kinds of milk tea before you order so you can find exactly what you like. The tea flavor is strong and authentic—just how I like it. Highly recommended!
