Coaster Coffee Company

We came in November and tried to get a latte and they said “we’re sorry we’re not serving espresso drinks”. Back in February 2026, STILL NOT SERVING espresso drinks. Can’t you fix the machine in 3 months? Or the staff is not trained? Also, for the one coffee shop in the whole park, you would expect at least this one (and only) would work. Ridiculous.

Zero stars if I could. Is this shop actually managed at all? Absolutely no structure to ordering and making beverages which means the process is INSANELY SLOW. 2.5 hours in line for a coffee on a freezing day in December. NEEDS MANAGEMENT! 3 workers behind the desk, 1 person taking orders. They say it’s Starbucks but they don’t take Starbucks gift cards or use the app!!!!!

If I can give them a zero I would! The staff moved like sloths, didn't acknowledge customers and had the worst, saddest looking faces and attitudes towards guests! Why does Bush Gardens allow this? I stood in line 16minutes without the line moving! The staff needs retraining and attitude adjustments! Also attire and headdress.

I’m a pass holder, so this is a usual coffee stop for me unfortunately. Literally every single time I’ve came for my coffee it’s just craziness with usually 6 people behind the counter just gossiping, laughing and messing around. It’s a 20-30 min for 2 coffees every- single- time. (I managed a coffee shop for 10 years, this is NOT normal customer service) if I could give it zero stars, I would. I gave them a few times to get it right but the fifth time I’m leaving a review. Get your stuff together Busch gardens- and realize this place is 100% an issue

There is some really good quality coffee and delicious pastries to start your day just past the gate on the right hand side when you enter Busch Gardens. The place is pretty new it just opened this year 2023. I definitely suggest grabbing a cinnamon roll and a piping hot caffeinated beverage or a nice iced latte to start your day. They also offer donuts and other cool pastries as well as other cold drinks like the fruit refreshers. It's also not a bad spot to escape the Florida sun. Give this place a try if your in Busch gardens and need a good coffee
