Crema's Take
“Walt Cafe is a spacious, buzzing hub in Saratoga Springs where serious coffee meets genuine hospitality, with standout espresso drinks like their famous Wacky Walt and an impressive range of brewing methods from pour overs to nitro cold brew. The cozy, atmospheric space doubles as a brewery connection, making it equally perfect for a long work session with a mean cappuccino or a quick breakfast sandwich featuring their signature English muffins. Every review points to the same magic: expertly crafted drinks, friendly staff, and that rare coffee shop feeling of actually wanting to linger.”

Everything you want a coffee shop to be: cozy with a nice buzz and terrific drinks. The specialty English muffins are a bonus.
Spacious and atmospheric cafe to work in or grab a breakfast sandwich. Everyone was so friendly. The wacky walt was amazing, just as other reviews have mentioned.
This is an exceptional coffee shop. They make a mean cappuccino and have plenty of sweet seasonal concoctions if that’s your style! The sandwiches are really yummy and the ambience is cute and cozy perfect for hanging out for a while or just grabbing a quick bite. They’re dog friendly when ordering and in the front lobby area! I’ve never had anything but high quality experiences there!
Walt Cafe is connected to their brewery. They have a nice looking food menu that also serves coffee to include specialty and seasonal flavors. Wanted try for a while and finally had the chance unfortunately the flavors missed the mark on both the hot and ice latte. Both coffees had plenty of strength which over powered any flavoring that was added. Coffee prices were very reaonable.
Best coffee in Saratoga. There are so many options too, from regular to pour over, french press, nitro cold brew, and more. It’s not about sugary coffee drinks, though they can be made sweet, its about doing black coffee the right way. As for food, I’ve only had the breakfast sandwiches and pastries. But both are excellent. Overall, it’s an easy recommendation. The cafe is slept on. If you like coffee, check it out!
