Sebastian Joe's

Overall, I really love Sebastian Joe’s. They have quality ice cream for a decent price and they’re open late. That is one of my favorite parts about this establishment. So that’s why when I came here last night on 02/26/26 I was very disappointed that they were “closed” well before 11pm. I arrived at at 10:46 and I saw they had turned the sign off but I walked up to the door because I thought to myself, “ they are open until 11pm, maybe just getting a jump on closing duties”. So I walked up to the door and it was locked. One of the employees just looked at me but didn’t say anything. I would understand locking the door 5 minutes before closing. But having the door locked basically 15 minutes from the posted hours of operation was frustrating.

Got the Pavarotti. It was thick, creamy and flavorful. I can understand why they’re MN’s pride in terms of ice cream.

Awesome ice cream treats; not cheap but worth the self indulgence. Don’t miss their made in house cookie 🍪 ice cream sandwiches and the CHOCO TACO which are all made in house & ready to go 👍!

$75 a pound or something like that. The ice cream is OK but it’s not worth that high price frankly. $5.75 for a single scoop. I saw a family getting free samples with their kids and taking them home 🤣🤣🤣There are not many flavors and the ice scream is like Kemp’s. Not even like La Michoacána. At least the Mexican flavored ice cream you can taste it. This you can’t really. Use your imagination for the rest.

What a Gem joint for Ice cream. I try the Lemon Sorbet and was delicious. Exactly the way should be, a fresh and natural flavor. My daughter try the Oreo ice cream and was also very good, a lot of cookies inside. Price higher than a Dairy Quuen, but you will not get the flavors than you will find here.
