Biloxi Donuts

Donuts 🍩🥯 lack distinctive flavor. The service provided was exemplary, characterized by high friendliness. I suggest enhancing the donuts by adding more ingredients to the batter.

I have ordered twice online and thought the first was a fluke, but on the Uber Eats/Instacart there is an option for HOT coffee, just plain brewed hot coffee and cold coffee. I chose the hot coffee with nothing else, there was really no other option, but I received a plastic cup of what seemed like iced creamer with a touch of coffee. The second time I made sure I hit hot coffee and received the same iced drink. When I called the lady I spoke with told me that she just poured what she thought I ordered and that I didn't choose the hot coffee. I called to advise since it is up to the restaurant to work with the online delivery systems to figure it out but she just told me I ordered wrong basically so I won't be ordering here anymore.

I am just in awe, honestly. This place has the most delicious and freshest doughnuts! My little girl and I deserved a treat. We've had some bad experiences with delivery from other places, so we decided to try Biloxi Donut and use Uber Eats for delivery. This will be the only Donut place and delivery service we do business with from now on. My 7 year old keeps saying "these are the best donuts ever!" I concur! Doughnuts are our guilty pleasure for a job well done..our treat. I only wish I had purchased from Biloxi Donut all of the previous times. Now I know! Oh and my daughter says "y'all have to try the doughnut sprinkled with fruity pebbles, it's the best, and the blueberry cake doughnut! YUM!" My personal favorite is the lemon filled. Next time I plan to the boudin kolache. That sounds really good. Service was excellent. The order was correct. It got her very quickly. 10 stars!

Ordered online (my first time trying Biloxi Donuts). The donuts looked great but had a strange smell. I got a variety (sprinkled, chocolate covered with cream filled and maple). The donuts themselves were soft like they were fresh but the taste of the donuts and taste of the chocolate was terrible. The taste reminded me of the way nail salons smell. After a few bites the strange chemical smell/flavor was too much to bare. They were absolutely disgusting. I would never try this place again.

So listen. It's a long story of driving all over Harrison County looking for donuts at 5 am, but to make it short... I won't be looking ever again. Biloxi Donuts opens early. The service was good. The donuts were fantastic. I was able to leave the city totally satisfied and happy to have found my new spot!
