Coffee is Delicious but I also recently learned that the customer service is just as excellent! There was a small error in my order and when I called they were more than gracious and went above and beyond to correct the order. I’m now a loyal customer for life!!!
The best coffee on the market period!! Greatest thing of all is it’s locally owned and operated right here in Baton Rouge!! Everything is done in house for the freshest beans around!!
A big fan of their local pickup option for an on-line order. The Espresso Rouge and Noir are always very freshly roasted. Also really enjoy the variety of roasts and origins available, though I seem stuck on their Acadian (medium roast) lately. That's very flavorful, consistent, and a solid value for that quality of coffee.
Our patients and staff love River Road Coffee - we get compliments on it often. We even have some discharged patients that stop by just for a cup of coffee - lol! I used to have a coffee shop in my youth...many moons ago...where I roasted green coffee beans in small, 15 pound batches. Since I left that business, I have been in an endless search for an easily accessible great cup of coffee. While visiting my son in NOLA, he made me a delicious cup of River Road Creole coffee. I am now a happy fan and send for those wonderful beans all the way from Massachusetts. You folks bring joy to every morning! Thank you, Miriam Kravitz
