“The Spoke & Bird takes its coffee seriously—expect meticulous attention to weight, brew time, and temperature that'll satisfy any coffee nerd—but doesn't take itself seriously, with creative drinks like banana bread lattes and a genuinely sweet staff that makes the vibe feel like a neighborhood living room. The pastries and sandwiches are legitimately excellent, the natural light is supposedly fantastic, and it's dog-friendly, making it equally good for lingering over a matcha or grabbing something quick before heading out.”
