Food was fresh and good! Fast service too

The first morning was great! The woman who was running it was also the woman who works the hotel desk later that day. She was amazing in her preparation of the food, her professionalism and her attitude. She went above and beyond. I was there at the close of shift and yet she took the time to prepare my breakfast perfectly and then she very efficiently cleaned the entire area and headed straight to the front desk and went to work. I was very impressed. Sadly, the next morning there were two men there. One was very sweet and friendly, but unfortunately not the one who prepared my food. The young man who served me acted like I was an interruption to his day. He burnt my food making it basically inedible. He was very slow in his work and his attitude was as apathetic as his work ethic. I may go there again for breakfast again if we stay at this hotel again…but ONLY if that young woman is there. I wish I had got her name. Update: she was there again on morning #3- she was back!! Found out her name is Kiki and she was once again phenomenal!!! The food was great, even the coffee was good and my husband hates Starbucks coffee. The shining star though was Kiki’s bright smile and positive attitude.

The girls behind the counter have an extremely poor attitude.

Great customer service. It’s rare to have such a friendly and welcoming presence in restaurants and shops. The guy who helped us was fantastic!

Disappointed. The website said it would be open until 12am and we arrived at 8:15pm for check-in at the Courtyard. The lady at the Courtyard front desk said they were closed (then we saw a sign on the door said they were open until 10pm).
