Crema's Take
“This Overland Park spot strikes that rare balance between serious espresso craftsmanship and genuinely relaxed vibes, where baristas clearly care about what's in your cup but won't make you feel rushed. The cozy, quiet atmosphere with its inviting front patio has become a weekly destination for regulars, perfect for everything from focused work sessions to catching up with friends between errands. Creative signature drinks like their half-salty caramel oat milk lattes show they're having fun with the craft while keeping the experience unpretentious and warmly welcoming.”

Went on a Saturday during downtime and it was such a vibe. Service was great and the barista obviously cared about the craft of the coffee. I got a 1/2 salty caramel oat milk latte, hot, and I was satisfied it (huckleberry roasters). Pastry case was well stocked and the strawberry poptart was worth the cost (filling was fresh and plentiful). Music was good as well. Could hold about max 45 people inside. Big patio outside. Serves alcoholic beverages. Excited to come back and read / write.
Great drinks, great atmosphere, I drop in here weekly while my sone does break dancing lessons next door. Staff is very nice, vibe is chill, quiet. All around a great place to hang or get some focus time. And you don't leave smelling like coffee like a few hours in other coffeshops (I'm looking at you, Sbucks!) You should def try Bear.
The hot chocolate and tea were great! I got a vegetarian burrito and, though I could tell it was healthy, it was veerrryyy underseasoned. I had to get salt and pepper packets from my car and that made it 1000x better. I couldn't finish the other half when I ran out of the packets. Even just a bit more salt would go a loooong way. Service was pretty okay! Glad they have vegetarian options, but that's my only feedback is season the burrito a bit more. Maybe I just got one that happened to be unseasoned 🤷♀️
We loved this coffee shop! The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and quiet. It is a perfect place to work, study, or chat with a friend. The barista was friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable. We tried one of their house made syrups for the fall season: toasted pecan. I highly recommend! I would love to come back and try some of their other flavors and their pastries!
Very nice coffee shop! Chill atmosphere with pretty emo ballad vibes. It had a large front patio that would be perfect to hang out on with the upcoming fall cool down. Also, the coffee was not overly sweetened (which is my personal preference) with good homemade syrup options. Also, we very friendly staff.
